The days blur, the lists lengthen, and something once vivid begins to fade. We move through our routines, efficient, productive, accomplished, but a quiet ache hums underneath: You ask yourself, "Is this it?"
This is what we call The Big Gray.
But within every woman, there’s a pulse—a rhythm that remembers pleasure, desire, sensation, wonder...
A whisper that says...there’s more...
The Erotic Orientation is an 11-minute audio immersion by sex therapist and Peak EDU founder, Andrea Battiola and Jennifer Keilholtz, LPC, LCPC, a psychotherapist at Peak Couples and Sex Therapy; it's a return to your own vivid, erotic aliveness.
Through story, reflection, and gentle invitation, you’ll begin to wake what’s been dormant: your capacity to feel deeply, fully, and freely alive.
No lessons. No checklists. Just one immersive moment of remembering.
You’ll listen. You’ll feel. And something inside you will start to stir.
what you'll experience as a result...

DAILY RITUAL
My work has always centered on this question:
What does it mean to exist erotically alive, in our bodies, our love, our everyday lives?
Clinically trained and licensed in Washington, D.C., Virginia, and Washington State, my background spans sexual health education, trauma-informed therapy, and the nuanced dynamics of long-term love.
But my true passion lies in transforming how we talk about sex – bringing honesty, humor, and depth to the conversations most people shy away from.
My clients would tell you I balance compassion with directness, always bringing warmth, curiosity, and a touch of levity to our work together.
And my mission? To make our collective relationship with sex more open, informed, and fulfilling...one meaningful conversation at a time.
I’ve spent over a decade immersed in the study of human sexuality, relational dynamics, and psychotherapeutic healing—driven by a deep desire to shift the way we talk about sex and connection in our culture.

Let's Begin
Because eroticism and intimacy isn’t something we find ... it’s something we practice.
This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you’ve always been, the part of you that knows how to feel alive.
