Tools for Communication, Conflict & Intimacy

FOR ENGAGED COUPLES, NEWLYWEDS & LONG-TERM PARTNERS

Go From “We’re Fine”
to Feeling Fully Equipped for What’s Ahead

You’ve done the hard part—finding each other. You love one another deeply, and life together is good. But maybe you’ve hit moments where you realize: love alone doesn’t give you the tools. You find yourselves stuck in the same arguments, avoiding conversations you know you need to have, or feeling disconnected and unsure how to close the gap.

You want to be proactive—not just react when things go sideways. But most premarital or couples programs feel dry, overwhelming, or like they’re made for people in crisis. That’s not where you are. And yet… something in you knows: you want more.

More intention.
More clarity.
More skill for the seasons ahead.

That’s exactly what this gives you.
Not lectures. Not busywork.
Just real, grounded support—designed to strengthen what you already have, and help you grow even stronger.

Take a Deep Breath & Picture this Instead:

Sitting down with your partner and finally having that conversation—without shutting down or spinning out.

Knowing how to navigate conflict without walking on eggshells or raising your voice.

Our Intentional Union doesn’t just give you the tools to communicate, connect, and prepare—it helps you create a relationship that reflects who you really are. You’ll go from “we love each other, but...” to “we know how to love each other well—no matter what life brings.”

A relationship where your love languages, boundaries, and differences are not just respected—but understood.

Feeling confident that your intimacy can adapt and deepen, even as life gets full or unpredictable.

A shared vision for your future—built with intention, not assumption.

WHAT YOU WANT / WHAT YOU WANT / WHAT YOU

What You Desire...

To laugh in the kitchen. To feel steady in the storms.
To know that this love will hold, even as life changes.

Tools that Actually Help

Not just advice—but real, grounded guidance.
The kind that makes hard conversations feel possible.

Confidence in What You’re Building Together

To look at each other and say,
"We’ve got this. We have the kind of love that grows stronger with time."

Turning

points

a couple might experience during or after the program

—THEY SAID

“We’re doing okay… but we want to make sure we’re doing this right.”

What They Really Meant:
They loved each other. But they didn’t have the shared language to stay connected through stress, change, and everyday life.

—SHE REALIZED

“We never actually talked about money… we just avoided it.”

What Happened Next:
They named the fears and histories behind their finances—and built a shared plan that felt good for both.

—HE ADMITTED

“We were intimate… but something always felt a little off.”

What Changed:
They learned how desire shifts in long-term love—and how to keep intimacy alive without pressure or guesswork.

So, what's the investment? Let’s just say it clearly, because I want this to feel approachable—not like some mysterious sticker shock situation.

“Marriage isn’t just a milestone. It’s a LIVING, EVOLVING RELATIONSHIP that deserves care, curiosity, and support.”

— Andrea BATTIOLA, PROGRAM CREATOR

Your relationship deserves more than autopilot.

And if you're anything like the couples I work with, you want real tools—not fluff. You just need someone to guide you through what actually helps.

You’re already showing up with love and commitment. Now it’s time to deepen that connection with communication tools, honest reflection, and a shared roadmap.

No complicated jargon. No checkbox romance. Just a clear, heart-centered way forward.

What No One Tells You About Long-Term Love

It’s not just the big milestones.

It’s knowing how to talk… even when it’s hard.

It’s learning how to repair.

It’s showing up again and again.

It’s making space for intimacy to evolve.

It’s building the kind of connection that feels like home.

It’s the quiet moments in between—when no one’s watching and life is full.

Not perfectly. But with honesty, care, and curiosity.

After tension, silence, or disagreement—not with blame, but with grace.

Even when you're tired. Especially when you’re tired.

Through career shifts, parenthood, stress, and seasons of change.

And coming back to it—on purpose.

“I’ve sat across from hundreds of couples—deeply in love, but quietly unsure how to do this well.”

And what I’ve seen again and again is this:
The couples who last aren’t perfect. They’re prepared.

They’ve built tools for the hard moments.
They come back to each other when life gets loud.

They know how to navigate tension without shutting down.
That’s what Our Intentional Union was designed to offer.

Not a set of rules.
A roadmap for connection.

AS seen in:

I Believe in This Work—Because I’ve Lived It, Too.

Here’s what I know to be true: relationships take work. But not the exhausting, walk-on-eggshells kind of work.

The intentional kind. The “let’s show up for each other even when life gets messy” kind.

And this program? It was built with that exact energy in mind.

So while I can’t guarantee you’ll never argue again or that every date night will feel like a romantic comedy…

I can promise this:
… If you move through Our Intentional Union with presence, curiosity, and honesty—
… If you pause the recordings when prompted, take the time to reflect, and have the conversations—
… If you show up for yourselves and each other…

You will walk away with deeper understanding, better tools, and a shared language to support your relationship for years to come.

The best time to tend to your relationship?

Before the stress, before the drift, before the disconnection.

When the love is good.
When you’re still laughing in the kitchen.
Before the drift, before the disconnection.

Our Intentional Union was built for this moment—
not to fix what’s broken,
but to help you grow what’s already here.

This program includes everything you need to do that thing

This program includes
 everything you need
to build the kind of relationship that lasts.

You don’t need to be in crisis to care deeply about your connection.
You don’t need to wait for conflict to start learning how to communicate.
You just need a structure that supports you—while things are good, and especially when life gets hard.

This isn’t therapy.
It’s the framework couples have been missing.
Intentional. Honest. Built to carry you through the seasons of real life.

If you want this to be the year that you finally commit to:

Deepening your communication so it builds safety, not silence.

Navigating conflict without spiraling into disconnection.

Bringing play, presence, and intimacy back into your everyday.

Creating shared rituals and rhythms that support your life together.

Having honest, values-based conversations about money and the future.

Building a love that feels intentional, alive, and ready for what’s next.

Don't wait for the “Perfect” Moment

Our Intentional Union is always available—but private sessions aren’t. They fill quickly and are intentionally limited to protect the depth of this work.

Life gets busy. These conversations get postponed. But if you’re here now—something in you knows it’s time.

You don’t need a perfect moment.
You just need a little intention.

This      for you if:

is

You’re engaged and want more than just a pretty wedding—you want a strong foundation.

You’re newly married and realizing there’s more to this than you thought (hi, reality).

You’ve been together for years but want to reconnect, deepen your intimacy, and keep growing together.

It's probably          for you if...

not

You’re looking for quick fixes or someone to “fix” your partner.

You’re not willing to be honest with yourself or each other.

You think love should be effortless and everything else will magically work out.

You value self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and tools that help you show up with love (even when it’s hard).

You want a relationship that’s rooted in respect, partnership, and joy—not just survival.

You’re willing to carve out time to reflect, listen, laugh, and maybe even cry together.

THE FAQs

You’re making an investment in your relationship—and I know that comes with a few “wait, but what about…” moments.

So let’s walk through some of the most common questions I get from couples like you.

Absolutely. While this experience was originally born out of premarital work, it’s designed for couples in all stages of commitment. Whether you’re engaged, newly married, or ten years in and looking to reconnect, you’ll find tools and reflections that help you deepen your communication, intimacy, and shared vision.

No. While I’m a licensed professional counselor, specialized in couples and sex therapy, Our Intentional Union is not therapy, and I won’t be your therapist through this course. This is a self-paced, guided experience informed by the best of relationship science and therapeutic practice—designed for wellness, education, and reflection, not clinical treatment.

We recommend setting aside about 1 hour per week for 8–12 weeks. That gives you time to listen to the short guided recordings, pause for reflection, and talk through the exercises at your own pace. Some couples fly through it in a few weekends, others savor it over a few months. You get to choose what works for your rhythm.

Yes! Some couples choose to move through this program with support from their therapist or coach. The framework works beautifully alongside ongoing support—and often gives you powerful jumping-off points for deeper work together. We offer Our Intentional Union as an Intensive with one of Peak’s therapists, if you wish to take the program with a therapist.

Life happens, and that’s okay. This experience is designed to meet you where you are. If your schedule changes or you need to pause, just pick back up where you left off. The program is yours to revisit anytime.

That’s more common than you think. Start by listening to the welcome recording together—it’s short, story-driven, and often enough to help both partners feel more engaged and curious. This isn’t about homework. It’s about creating space for conversations that matter.

Due to the digital nature of this experience, all sales are final. That said, we believe deeply in the value of this work—and if something isn’t landing, we want to know. You can always reach out and we’ll support you however we can.

This is a self-guided experience, but we do provide an optional feedback and support form if you have questions, reflections, or want recommendations for further resources. We love hearing how couples are using the program and where they’re finding “aha” moments.

I get this one a lot—and I’ll be honest with you. I created this because I couldn’t find a course that felt like us. So many premarital programs felt dry, overly academic, or focused only on the checklist of compatibility.

Our Intentional Union is personal. It’s real. It’s filled with story, science, and heart. And it’s made to feel like sitting down with someone who gets it.

Absolutely. Our Intentional Union is designed for all couples—regardless of gender, identity, or relationship structure. The exercises focus on universal relationship skills, communication, intimacy, and long-term partnership success.

Yes! Many couples use this program as a supplement to in-person counseling. While a traditional therapist session may focus on specific issues, this program offers a structured, comprehensive roadmap for your marriage—covering communication, intimacy, finances, conflict resolution, and more.

We offer two pricing options:
  • Self-Paced Program: One-time payment of $997 OR 3 payments of $347/month.

We also offer the Self-Paced Program + Private Sessions with a Licensed Therapist: Starts at $3,500 for three private sessions, in addition to full program access.

This is an investment in your future together—and a fraction of what you’d pay for years of couples therapy. If you are interested in the Private Sessions program, please reach out to our Care Coordinator at PCST to get started.

You’ll get immediate access to the program materials, including:
  • The complete digital workbook
  • Guided exercises and reflection prompts
  • Audio-based learning
  • Bonus resources & check-in frameworks
